We offer customers the opportunity to purchase surprise products without knowing the specific contents beforehand. You can choose from three different packages Random, Custom and International. You also have a choice of delivery priority for urgent and non-urgent shipping.

If we told you that it wouldn’t be a mystery. Rest assured we will make sure that your mystery gift is something awesome.

Choosing a specific item would defeat the purpose of a mystery gift. If you do however select the custom mystery box we can tweak your gift to a specific customers demographic.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you do not like your mystery gift. We do however offer a consumer warranty on all of our gifts that will cover you for any faulty products. See our Terms and Conditions for more info.

Yes shipping is included in the price of your mystery gift. 

Yes. Tracking is provided with all mystery gifts. We will also provide postal insurance for gifts over $1000

Mystery Gifts give you the option to send your gift directly to someone else for the ultimate surprise. Simply add the recipient details in the checkout .
